Hello my loves,
Today, Venus and Saturn are conjunct or coming together in the sign of Pisces. This is a time to examine where you may be compromising or giving in to the will of forces outside of you or bigger than yourself. There is a push to adhere to the rules and regulations. This is in large contrast to the rebellious nature of Aquarius season, which coincidentally starts today as well. Partner this with the magnetism of Uranus going direct on the 30th and we have the unification of transformative forces within two signs of stability.
Take the wisdom of the planets in the signs separately. Saturn invites us to commit to our spiritual practices by adhering to a routine. This will take discipline, one of Saturn’s favorite gifts. Meditation, prayer, embodied practices such as yoga and dance, the arts, and the sciences are just a few ways our spirituality can be practiced. This is how we develop the gift of Venus: discernment and alignment. To find this alignment, a part of our practice must include our relationships. First, we start with the self. Aligning our conscious and unconscious through inner work. Then, we align with Source – the spiritual work. When this happens, the other comes into alignment by magnetic forces. They are either attracted or repelled. We either deepen our connections with those around us, or we find that they are not a good fit.
When putting this into conversation with the Venus and Saturn conjunction, we are invited to ask: Are we in alignment with Self/Source through our spiritual practices? If not, then that is our task. Until our task has been undertaken, it is best not to give in to others’ desires, especially if the other person, group, or institution is similarly out of alignment.
