Looking to take your tea ritual to the next level? In Tea Rituals: Discovering Your Why, I discussed the importance of the intention behind creating your ritual. Today, to add an additional element to this practice, I am sharing three quick easy vegetarian recipes for finger sandwiches.

Avocado Fresh
Ingredients:
- 1 to 2 Slices of Bread
- 1/2-1 Avocado
- Tomato
- Onion and Garlic Powder
- Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
Directions:
Cut the tomato thin slices. Then cut the avocado in half. Place the half with the seed in an airtight container to use for another dish. Remove the other side of the avocado from the skin using a spoon. Next, lightly toast your bread. Take the toasted bread out of the oven and spread a layer of avocado on one slice of the bread. Then add a single layer of tomato slices. Season the tomato and avocado with the onion and garlic powder. Lastly, add the Himalayan pink salt to taste. Place the bread slice with hummus on the cucumber and tomato slice. Cut the sandwich into 4. Serve with tea and treats.

Mediterranean
Ingredients:
- 1 to 2 Slices of Bread
- Hummus
- Red Bell Pepper
- Cucumber
Directions:
Cut the tomato and cucumber into thin slices. Next, lightly toast your bread. Take the toasted bread and spread a layer of hummus on one slice of the bread. On the other slice of bread place a layer of the cucumber slices and then add a single layer of tomato slices. Place the bread slice with hummus on the cucumber and tomato slice. Cut the sandwich into 4. Serve with tea and treats.

Caprese
Ingredients:
- 2 Slices of Bread
- 1 Tomato
- Fresh Mozzarella or Cheese of Your Choice
- Fire Roasted Tomato Pesto Sauce
Directions:
Cut the tomato into thin slices. Then cut or break the mozzarella or cheese into thin slices or pieces. Next, lightly toast your bread. Take the toasted bread and spread a layer of the fire roasted tomato pesto sauce on one slice of the bread. On the other slice of bread place a layer of cheese first and then add a single layer of tomato slices. Place the bread slice with pesto on the cheese and tomato slice. Toast the sandwich in the oven until the cheese is slightly melted. Carefully remove the sandwich from the oven and cut into 4. Serve with tea and treats.
