28 Days of Gratitude: Day 1

Hello lovies,

What a way to start off our month of gratitude! I am out of town right now watching the sun rise over the Rocky Mountains in Denver, Colorado. I am here to see the Monet exhibit at the Denver Art Museum as Monet is one of my favorite artists.

Such a delight to see this esteemed artists works in person. This can only be topped by my visit last year to the Museum of Modern Art (MOMA) where I saw his 3 paneled Water Lilies.

Art feeds my soul. I align deeply with the energy of the work. There is so much emotion and experience that can be conveyed through art in all of its many forms. This first week we are focusing on how we connect and feed our soul through gratitude.

Gratitude at a soul level allows for us to see and be seen beyond the physical. It is more than just allowing and acknowledgement. It helps us to BE in a state of appreciation. This week find the things that make you smile that perhaps are hard to explain. They may not make sense or be practical but nonetheless they bring you great joy. They are expressions of your soul.

Here’s to Day 1 of 28 Days of Gratitude.
