Today, we give thanks for soul guidance. This guidance can be delivered through hunches, gut feelings, our intuition, dreams, people, animals, signs, and even disguised as your own thoughts. When we let our soul guide us it gives us the space to practice listening and alignment.
Take a moment to be still. To sit and listen for any little pips of guidance. You may find that your guidance comes to you when you are active and moving. Do what you know works best for you. There are so many ways that our soul speaks to us if we are willing to listen.
Today, I practiced active soul listening through sleeping in, moving slowly throughout my day, and resting. There are tasks that we participate in everyday to make our lives function. We appreciate that we can accomplish these tasks. We may even put pressure on ourselves to meet personal and social expectations.
Yet, what does our higher self ask from us? Is it a call for activity or a call for rest? Is it more time spent in meditation or more time with our loved ones?
Perhaps it is to take a drive or visit somewhere you have never been before.
Read that book. Write that story. Play with your pet. Build that project.
Listen and allow.
