Try to keep your criticisms to a minimum and focus on the day to day activities that you can do which make you feel alive and healthy. If you feel sluggish after consuming or doing an activity perhaps trade that in for a meal or exercise or activity that makes you feel energized. Above all else take care of yourself today and tomorrow. Virgo energy can push us to ignore our physical needs which can set us back further than we would like in achieving our goals due to illness or strain. As the Moon in Virgo may impact our digestion and intestines it is best to be kind to these systems so that they are not over taxed which can lead to weight gain, diarrhea, or pancreas issues. Stay focused on your goals but make sure that your self-care is ranked as number one.
