If 2020 taught us anything it’s that we can all us a little more love in our lives. 2021 may not be any less stressful than 2021, but that doesn’t mean that we can’t take a moment to connect with our hearts. Over the next month as many focus on chocolates and bears, we here at The Bliss Institute dedicate each February to 28 Days of shamelessly doing the work to deepen our connection to the Self, Spirit, and each other through love. Each week, we focus on bringing a specific aspect to identify areas of disconnect, develop practices for alignment, and integrate the wisdom revealed through the work. In the first week, we focus on the emotional sphere through working with our heart energy. During the second week, we examine the relationship between our thoughts and our emotions. For the third week, we move to engage the body, incorporating somatic awareness to increase heartfelt connection. Lastly, we will explore ways to transform the spaces where we live, work, and play into nurturing areas of support and love. Sprinkled throughout these next few weeks will be posts focusing on tending our inner spiritual flame.
They say it takes 21 days to form a habit. This month we are looking to encourage and fill our love meters in a time when making it through each day may be all that we can do. You deserve to take a moment to nurture yourself. Focus on what you can give yourself even if it’s just a moment to breathe and hopefully a bit of time to complete some of these exercises. Here’s to 28 Days of Love.
