Yoga to Improve Blood Circulation

Greetings beloveds,

We have moved into Taurus Season and it’s time to slow down a bit. Taurus energy is a slow but steady flow which grounds the fire energy of Aries which woke us up from our winter’s rest. We are slowing not to stop but to be more intentional in what we do. To carve out our actions so that everything we do is with purpose.

The circulatory system is ruled by fire and the blood. To improve your blood circulation and assist your reasoning process here is a quick yoga  routine to promote blood circulation.
